Serge OCTAVE holds a Master's degree in law, specializing in public law from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) as well as a Master's in Management Sciences from the University Faculties Notre Dame de la Paix in Namur (FUNDP).

His main areas of practice as a legal adviser at Concordes are company and association law, as well as public procurement law.

Furthermore, he is a member of the Institute of Company Auditors as well as the ITAA.

He is also registered in the Register of Judicial Experts.

With a background in a range of disciplines, he primarily advises Concordes™ on corporate acquisitions and disposals.
