About Me

A member of the Brussels Bar for over twenty-five years, Ronald Fonteyn practises public and administrative law in all its forms.

He advises individuals, associations, companies, government bodies and trade unions on the management of constitutional and administrative litigation, as well as on complex institutional and public governance issues. His main areas of practice include constitutional law, general administrative law, local taxation, the civil service and disciplinary law.

He has appeared in court on several hundred occasions before the Council of State, the Constitutional Court, and various civil and administrative courts. He also practises administrative appeal law and holds a certificate in procedural law. He is the author or co-author of several academic articles.

Ronald also presides over an administrative court and applies his experience to a rigorous, balanced approach focused on finding concrete solutions.
