Philippe Simonart, founding partner and manager ofConcordes™, stands out for his rigor and creativity.
A member of the Brussels Bar since 1996, having specialised in public law (practising before the Constitutional Court and the Council of State), he now offers specialist expertise in the hotel (CP302) and property sectors. As head of the Concordes team, he oversees various legal areas (property, business, mergers and acquisitions, commercial, employment, planning, tax, etc.), with a particular focus on advising and developing hotel companies and groups.
Among his qualifications and responsibilities:
